  • A patient approach

    • Sporting “talent” or success at a young age is not a primary determinant of our programming. We support youth athletes from a holistic perspective. The long-term process > short-term results.

  • Physical literacy

    • Training is not limited to certain body parts or certain movements. We take a 360° movement variability approach. developing a breadth and depth of movement skills.

  • Systematic individualisation

    • A progressive, individualised approach to programming is taken here. Technical competence, S&C training age and biological maturation are the key factors we consider.

  • Qualified coaching

    • Coaching here is underpinned by a strong understanding of pediatric exercise science, years of coaching experience, and MSc level education.
