oop movement provides S&C coaching to youth athletes between 10-17 years utilising an approach of long-term athletic development.

The coaching is provided by strength and conditioning coach Darragh Casey.

The training programmes are structured and appropriately progressed based on factors such as stage of maturation, training age, and technical competence, supporting the development of well-rounded athleticism.

Through the integration of scientific research and the development of individual profiles and development plans, our coaching is evidence-based and our training is long-term oriented.

Our programmes reduce injury risk, improve all-round movement skills, and drive measurable progress developing confidence and competence for the long term.
