Long-Term Athletic Development

  • For youth athletes up to 17 years of age.

    Supporting the development of well-rounded athleticism - speed, agility, strength, power, balance, coordination, and endurance. Structured and appropriate training based on factors such as stage of maturation, training age, and technical competence.

Adult 1:1 Training

  • In-person training in your home or local public space. 1-2 times weekly.

    Strength and cardiorespiratory fitness testing, tailored programming, progressive overload, a sounding board in support of your goals. Movement quality is prioritised.

Adult Small Group Training

  • High-quality coached classes. Focused on supporting your movement patterns of everyday life.

    Priority is given to good technique and form, building progressively over time.

    A welcoming, supportive space. Currently on summer break. Recommencing August 2025.

  • Pay-as-you-go, €18 / class

    4-week pass, once a week, €70

Strength and Movement Consultation

  • One-off / occasional professional input to improve athletic performance or to more generally strengthen and move well.

    Depending on your needs and priorities, this can include

    movement screening,

    athletic testing (speed, power, strength, endurance)

    guidance on programme design,

    exercise instruction.

  • I love working with both endurance athletes and field sport athletes.

    I’m well attuned to the demands of sports such as Gaelic football, rugby, soccer, running and cycling.

    Technology available for training and testing includes OUTPUT, Freelap, and RYPT.
